"US actress Lindsay Lohan has been taken into custody in Los Angeles to serve a jail sentence for probation violation.Her probation was imposed in 2007 in relation to drunk driving and drug possession charges.

She is expected to serve less than the 90-day sentence imposed earlier this month because of jail overcrowding, and is likely to spend it in isolation.

Lohan, who was jailed after failing to attend alcohol education classes, will enter rehabilitation after her release." BBC report

Lindsay Lohan has new lawyer, which is Bob Shapiro. He replaced Lindsay's previous lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley.

Shapiro tells TMZ, "I have agreed to represent Ms. Lohan on the condition that she complies with all the terms of her probation, including a requirement of jail time that was imposed by Judge Marsha Revel."

Due to the excessive rigidity of the writing, lack of fluidity and cramped up lines, this shows an obsessive personality who likes and needs to be in control.” Though you may think Lindsay’s “out of control,” her attention-seeking and other behaviors actually do show an obsessive need for control. For example, when Lindsay’s lawyer quit, she immediately shopped for a new one and now seems to think she can get out of her jail time.
